plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of Karmo’s national vehicle fleet. This hands on role works closely with Fleet and Operations teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, compliant, and available for customers, while supporting administration, supplier coordination, and smooth vehicle movements across the business. 🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day fleet administration using internal systems
- Assisting with fleet utilisation and vehicle rotation to meet operational targets
- Coordinating vehicle preparation for deliveries, swaps, and changeovers
- Liaising with internal vehicle hubs, suppliers, dealerships, and logistics partners
- Assisting with the management of damaged vehicles and coordinating repairs
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of subscription vehicles, including system updates
- Monitoring active subscriptions and escalating issues or anomalies when required
- Maintaining accurate vehicle, customer, and compliance records
- Supporting cost control across maintenance, claims, and transport activities
- Providing general operational support to Fleet and Operations teams nationally
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive space is desired but not essential
- A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must.
- Sound knowledge of fleet and vehicle operations
- Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on service delivery
- Excellent administration skills, including compliance and documentation
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
