Join a leading Investment management business within their master trust. This is a broad and analytically focused Product & Reporting Analyst role.
Reporting to the Director, Business Strategy & Operations, this position plays a key role in supporting APRA reporting, fee oversight, product analytics and financial deliverables across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing analyst with 3–5 years’ experience in superannuation or funds management looking to deepen their product and regulatory expertise.
About the Role
- Product & Fee Oversight Support product management and operational initiatives across the Master Trust
- Develop subject matter expertise in fee-related processes (RG97, employer fee requests, administrator fee configurations)
- Conduct analysis on buy/sell spreads and switching activity
- Review product disclosure materials and support new business fee analysis
- Monitor key client and product requirements
- Regulatory Reporting Manage and coordinate APRA reporting with administration and custody partners
- Review APRA guidance and implement reporting updates
- Collate, analyse and validate reporting data to a high degree of accuracy
- Identify process improvement opportunities across reporting frameworks
- Assist with Annual Reports, Product Dashboards and member statement projects
- Financial & Operational Support Support production of Annual Reports and Financial Statements
- Oversee employer sub-plan reporting and coordinate investment instructions
- Assist with unit pricing analysis, cashflow monitoring and transaction activity
You will gain deep exposure to product design, Master Trust structures, regulatory frameworks and data infrastructure supporting superannuation products.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in superannuation, investment management or financial services
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Studies, Mathematics or related discipline
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel capability (VBA highly regarded)
- Experience with APRA, ASIC or ATO reporting frameworks desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience within superannuation strongly preferred
