The Opportunity

We are seeking an Interior Designer with strong documentation, presentation, attention to detail & leadership to join our studio. 

Key Responsibilities

• Development of highly-detailed working drawings using Revit (modelling, plans & detailed drawings) and as required for Tender & Construction.
• Development of interior schedules for Construction.
• Preparation of Design Development Interior drawings and visual packages in AutoCAD for client presentation.
• Liaise with the client, design team, suppliers and consultants.
• Implement studio internal processes and procedures.

Skills & Experience 

• Interior Designer with minimum 5 years professional experience.
• Minimum 2-years experience in a similar role (Multi-residential or equivalent).
• Proficiency at Revit and AutoCAD are essentials.
• Proficient in SketchUp & Enscape, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite are desirable.
• Knowledge of Drafting standards.
• Strong ability to problem-solve, attention to detail and follow protocols to minimise rework and discrepancies.
• Strong organisational skills, with an ability to meet project deadlines.
• A friendly & proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
