We are looking for a highly capable, discreet and confident HR & Business Administrator to become the operational heartbeat of our Perth office. This is not a “sit quietly in the corner” administration role. This is a highly visible and trusted position where you will work closely with our CEO Australia, partner directly with our Global Head of HR in Germany, and collaborate with leaders across the business to support our people, operations and continued growth. You will thrive in this role if you are naturally organised, positive, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and someone who takes ownership without needing to be asked twice. You’ll be the kind of person who:

Your mission

This role combines HR coordination, business administration and operational support across the Australian business. On the HR side, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle including:

  • Recruitment coordination
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • HR administration and employee records
  • Employee engagement initiatives
  • Performance and probation support
  • Training coordination
  • HR systems and reporting
  • Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries

On the business operationsside, you’ll:

  • Coordinate office and facilities administration
  • Support leadership with reporting and presentations
  • Assist with project administration and document control
  • Help maintain operational systems and records
  • Support internal communication and business coordination activities
  • Keep the Perth office running smoothly and professionally

This is a hands-on role with genuine influence and variety - ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the business, not just observing from the sidelines.

Your profile

We’re seeking someone mature, reliable and highly professional who can independently manage processes from start to finish. You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in HR and business administration
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
  • High attention to detail
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
  • A stable and dependable work history
  • Experience in engineering, technical, industrial or service-based industries will be highly regarded
