About the Role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join KPay Australia’s Product team and support the development of innovative payments and financial solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience looking to build a career in Product, Analytics, or Strategy. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to analyze customer needs, generate insights, and support product decisions.

You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery through to launch and optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Research & Insights

• Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to identify opportunities
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support product improvements
• Assist with user research initiatives and translate findings into recommendations
• Monitor fintech, payments, and industry developments

Product Analytics & Performance

• Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business performance data
• Build reports and dashboards to track product KPIs
• Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis
• Support data-driven decision making across the Product team

Product Development Support

• Assist in preparing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support product releases
• Collaborate with Product Managers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Support post-launch reviews and continuous product optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches
• Contribute to process improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools
• Understanding of product management principles
• Interest in fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology products
• Internship, university project, or research experience involving data analysis
