The Opportunity
Reporting to the Milk Supply Services Manager, the Lead Milk Supply Service Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of milk payment services to our farmer suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Milk Supply Services Manager with month-end milk pay processes, system enhancements and process improvements
- Acting as the escalation point for milk payment and supplier account queries
- Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure milk payment information is accurate and complete
- Investigating and resolving supplier payment enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining supplier records and company databases relating to milk supply agreements
- Assisting with the creation, renewal and administration of milk supply agreements
- Supporting reconciliation activities to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities and take pride in ensuring accuracy across complex processes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in end-to-end office administration, processing payments, reconciliations, etc, and providing administrative support across a busy office environment
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within agribusiness, rural services or a similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with both internal and external stakeholders
