Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Change Analyst. In this role you will Support the delivery of organisational change and communications across a complex program modernising IT systems, processes and stakeholder services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of change plans and activities to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
- Conduct and document change impact assessments across business processes, structures, roles, culture, tools and technology.
- Develop and deliver targeted and broad communications through digital, collaboration and print channels.
- Engage end users and stakeholders to assess readiness, understand concerns and gather feedback.
- Contribute to training design and deliver support activities that build knowledge and capability.
- Support go-live activities, post-rollout coaching and adoption monitoring.
- Collaborate with change, program and project leaders, subject matter experts and delivery teams.
- Perform other duties as required to support program outcomes.
About You
- At least five years’ experience in change and communications management across large IT projects or programs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing change initiatives for IT modernisation programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience supporting end users and management staff through change.
- Significant experience completing change impact assessments across processes, technology, culture and role responsibilities.
- Significant experience developing and implementing communications plans across multiple channels.
- Experience designing and delivering training and support for new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Change management certification or a relevant bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
