We are currently seeking multiple Financial Accountants / Tax Data Processors to join a high-performing Tax & Accounting Services team during a critical year-end delivery period. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and exposure to managed funds, taxation processing, or financial services operations. The role will focus heavily on year-end tax processing, financial data validation, and ensuring the accuracy of client reporting across investment products and managed funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Process year-end tax components relating to managed funds and ASX listed trusts
- Validate and maintain high-quality financial data across internal systems
- Assist with income tax component processing and 30 June pricing activities
- Support delivery of accurate client and fund reporting
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Respond to queries from advisers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
- Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and operational controls
About You
You will ideally bring:
- Accounting or Finance degree qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience within financial services, accounting, funds management, or business services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of financial data accurately
Highly desirable:
- Exposure to managed funds, trust taxation, or ASX listed products
- Understanding of capital gains tax and investment tax reporting
- Candidates currently studying toward CA or CPA qualifications
Working Arrangement
- Adelaide CBD location
- Initial training period conducted in-office
- Hybrid model available following training (2 days office / 3 days WFH)
