As an Owners Corporation Manager, you’ll take ownership of all Owners Corporation matters, from managing budgets and meetings to maintaining common areas and ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporation Act and Regulations. You’ll work closely with Owners, Committees, and internal teams to deliver seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Convening and managing AGM, Committee, and Special Meetings within prescribed timeframes
• Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and maintenance funds
• Liaising professionally with Owners and Committees to resolve issues and respond to requests
• Coordinating building maintenance, insurance, and contractor supervision
• Overseeing Caretakers, Concierge, and Building Managers to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Managing compliance documentation, insurance, and statutory obligations
• Building strong relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in Owners Corporation Management or similar
• Strong understanding of the Owners Corporation Act and Regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Confident in budgeting, financials, and reporting
• Drivers License and flexibility to attend after-hours meetings
