Paralegal - Corporate Advisory

The Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Paralegal to join our Corporate Advisory team in Perth working alongside Luke Nicholls and Andrew Crean and their team of lawyers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced commercial environment and wants hands‑on exposure to high‑profile corporate matters. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Conduct legal research and prepare research memos
• Assist with due diligence reviews and prepare supporting documentation
• Draft and proofread corporate documents
• Manage document discovery and matter organisation
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders
• Support lawyers with transaction execution and project management
• Maintain accurate records, precedents, and compliance documentation

Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Previous paralegal experience in corporate, commercial, or transactional law (preferred)
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Confident communicator with a proactive, team‑focused mindset
