About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position offers broad exposure across the finance function and the opportunity to become a key member of a close-knit team.

This opportunity has arisen due to the planned retirement of a highly respected finance team member who has been with the business for more than 40 years, creating a rare succession opportunity and a structured handover process.

While the role includes elements of creditor management, it offers significantly broader exposure across reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, cash flow support and finance operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Month-end processing and reporting
• Journals and reconciliations
• Creditor management
• Fixed asset administration
• Cash flow reporting support
• BAS, Audit and compliance activities
• Financial administration and reporting
• Process improvement initiatives
• Providing support across the broader finance function

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking variety, responsibility and the chance to contribute beyond a traditional finance position.

About You

You're a hands-on finance professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when required.

You may currently be working as a Senior Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant, Senior Accounts Officer or Financial Accountant and are looking for an opportunity that offers greater breadth, exposure and long-term career potential.

You'll bring experience across month-end activities, reconciliations and financial reporting, together with strong systems capability and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business. Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, distribution or another operational environment will be highly regarded, as will exposure to SAP or a large ERP system.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
