The Opportunity
Shape workforce planning and employee relations for a complex rail infrastructure alliance. This Perth leadership role combines strategic advice with practical support for a workforce drawn from several partner organisations.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise project leaders on people decisions that support delivery objectives.
- Develop coordinated HR and industrial relations plans across alliance partners.
- Guide workforce planning, talent development and organisational structure.
- Oversee employee relations cases and promote consistent, compliant outcomes.
- Build engagement, inclusion and safety into workforce initiatives.
- Strengthen performance and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- HR management experience in construction or infrastructure delivery.
- Strong industrial relations capability; unionised workforce experience is particularly valuable.
- Experience with large projects and varied workforce arrangements.
- Joint venture or alliance exposure is an advantage.
- Tertiary study in HR, industrial relations, law or a related discipline.
- Confident negotiation, communication and senior stakeholder influencing skills.
- Remuneration aligned with market conditions, experience and contribution.
