As a Senior Investigator in Crime & Integrity Investigations, you will lead complex investigations, produce high-quality reports and work with key stakeholders, law enforcement and regulators.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Lead complex investigations and investigation teams when required, in line with AGIS and the NAB Investigation Standard.
- Prioritise investigative actions and allocate resources effectively across competing priorities.
- Apply strong business acumen and sound judgement within a complex corporate environment.
- Identify current and emerging issues and contribute to strategic outcomes.
- Coach and mentor junior and entry-level investigators and investigative assistants.
- Senior experience leading complex fraud, financial crime, serious misconduct or related criminal/legal investigations.
- Strong knowledge of AGIS investigative methodology, including authoring and reviewing investigation plans.
- Proven ability to prepare evidence matrices, allegations, briefs and high-quality reports that withstand senior scrutiny.
- Skilled in planning and conducting investigative interviews, ideally using the PEACE model.
- Demonstrated experience engaging leaders, Employee Relations, Fraud Operations, law enforcement and regulators on case decisions and referrals.
- Relevant investigation training or qualifications are highly desirable, supported by strong Office 365, AI, and case management system capability.
