Sales Assistant

About The Role Join National Tiles as a Sales Assistant based at our Burleigh Heads store, where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience. This is a part-time position offering 14 hours per week. Must have availability: Mon & SatKey Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued
• Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail
• Unpack and understand each customer’s project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range
• Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
• Manage the end-to-end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy
• Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices

• Motivated, results-focused and passionate about design and home improvement
• Quick to adapt, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• A confident communicator who builds trust and delivers great customer experiences
