Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (Contract until January 2027) Position Classification: Admin Off Lvl 6 Remuneration: $83,554.59 - $85,530.07 per annum pro rata Hours Per Week: 24 Requisition ID: REQ670597 About The Role Tweed Valley Hospital Medical Administration department is seeking an Administration Officer to join the team! This rewarding role provides essential administrative and program support to the International Medical Graduate (IMG) Program, including the coordination of Work-Based Assessments (WBA) for international medical officers undertaking both the Competent Authority and Standard Pathways. Working closely with the Director of IMG Education and Training, you will play a key role in supporting the professional development and success of junior medical staff. You will collaborate with clinical departments, external stakeholders and the Junior Medical Officer (JMO) workforce to ensure effective program delivery, foster positive working relationships and contribute to an exceptional training and employment experience. If you are a highly organised administrator with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting healthcare education and workforce development, we would love to hear from you.
