We’re seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Functional Senior Consultant to join our Oracle practice. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will lead EPM business transformation projects, provide advisory services, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions that deliver real business value.

As part of our Oracle practice, you will:

• Deliver expert advisory services: Guide clients on EPM Cloud roadmaps and participate in business transformation initiatives.
• Lead implementations: Design, build, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Narrative Reporting (EPRCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).
• Drive business analysis & requirements gathering: Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Support presales & proposals: Contribute to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
• Build relationships: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Lead & mentor: Guide team members, ensure effective service delivery, and champion a collaborative, high-performance culture.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project.
• Expertise across Oracle EPM modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EPRCS, EDMCS).
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM.
• Experience with Hyperion and migration projects to Cloud (desirable).
• Strong ability to review, analyse, and design complex ICT business processes and solutions.
• Experience working in Agile teams and with distributed onshore/offshore models.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to confidently communicate EPM capabilities and use cases.
