We’re looking for a passionate and organised Retail & Partnerships Marketing Coordinator to support national retail marketing initiatives across our growing store network. THE ROLE Reporting to the Retail & Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with stores across Australia and New Zealand to ensure campaigns, promotions, point-of-sale materials and marketing initiatives are executed consistently and to a high standard. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys retail marketing, project coordination and supporting exciting in-store experiences from concept through to execution. Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate national retail campaigns across 105+ stores
  • Develop POS matrices and store guides for campaign rollouts
  • Brief the design team on campaign assets and manage approvals and production timelines
  • Coordinate print procurement and ensure all collateral is delivered on time
  • Support supplier campaign execution and asset management

In-Store Marketing & Retail Activation

  • Produce monthly store guides and manage scheduling of in-store digital screens
  • Coordinate Gondola Deal POS and store consumable ordering
  • Ensure stores receive all campaign materials and activation support

Local Area Marketing (LAM)

  • Coordinate local store marketing initiatives including birthdays, shopping centre advertising and ad hoc campaigns
  • Support store-specific marketing requests and activation collateral
  • Manage store queries, artwork requests and campaign support

New Store Openings & Partnerships

  • Coordinate POS and collateral requirements for new store openings
  • Support supplier campaign execution across Platinum, Gold and Silver partnership tiers
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing and campaign tracking

Sponsorship & Event Activations

  • Support local sponsorship activations and fitness events
  • Coordinate signage, marquees, POS and event collateral
  • Assist with post-event reporting and campaign wrap-ups

About You You’re energetic, organised and passionate about retail marketing and customer experience. You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in retail support, retail marketing or marketing coordination
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for bricks-and-mortar retail and customer experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com (highly regarded)
  • Marketing or communications qualifications (desirable but not essential)
