About the ROLE
- Locations: TAS and VIC
This position is ideally located in Hobart, managing both Victoria and Tasmania.
It involves advising and influencing clients on process and technology matters within multi-stakeholder, high-pressure environments, while applying strong analytical, technical, and subject-matter expertise.
The role contributes to solution architecture, data and integration design, and architectural governance, with an emphasis on embedding solutions that align with client objectives, enterprise data standards, and nxzen’s digital strategy to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Develop deep customer relationships, eliciting and understanding their challenges and identifying and championing innovative solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
- Provide trusted advisory support to senior client stakeholders and support business cases, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Develop Solution Architecture for Digital Reality initiatives, working with DR domain experts.
- Provide architectural leadership across solution, data, and integration design.
- Establish and maintain architecture and data standards.
- Provide architectural governance and stakeholder advisory, with a strong emphasis on embedding DR solutions within client organisations to realise measurable and sustainable business outcomes.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for the design, governance, and evolution of DR solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, enterprise data standards, and nxzen’s digital strategy.
About YOU
- Overall experience with 8 - 12 years in designing and developing solutions.
- Must have experience of direct client interaction and proactively identifying customer challenges and promoting solutions.
- Has capability to understand and elicit business requirements interacting with various stakeholders.
- Ability to translate the business requirements to solution options including the technical blocks and infrastructure required.
- Should be able to assist customers with the business case for the development of the chosen option.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate with professionalism and diplomacy in client-facing environments, including managing conflicting priorities, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of communication.
- Demonstrable ability and attitude to influence and advise the customer on process and technology matters, work in a multi stakeholder, high speed environment challenging the status quo and demonstrating strong analytic, technical and subject matter expertise.
Desirable Experience & Attributes
- Utilities experience is preferred along with presales.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
