You will join a close-knit team of Client Service professionals, providing exceptional administrative support to financial planners with duties including (but not limited to):
- Providing a broad range of administrative support to a team of experienced financial advisers,
- ensuring effective communication between clients and the business,
- striving for high levels of client service and satisfaction,
- handling all the administrative aspects associated with the implementation of advice,
- preparation of client reports,
- responding to client queries and liaising with third parties in respect of clients’ accounts; and
- handling miscellaneous requests from advisers and requests for assistance from other staff with grace and professionalism.
The applicant we are seeking would possess the following:
- Experience working within a financial planning firm,
- strong administrative skills,
- Xplan, SMSF and trusts experience will be highly regarded,
- resilience and strong organisational skills to balance a high-volume workload and competing priorities,
- effective time management,
- high level numeracy,
- high attention to detail and accuracy,
- Microsoft Office Applications knowledge,
- motivation, ambition, and commitment to achieve team goals,
- excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and;
- a high level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence.
