- Commission and decommission equipment
- Work with electrical controls and associated systems
- Diagnose faults and develop practical problem-solving skills

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- National Police Check, or ability to obtain
- Working with Children's Check, or ability to obtain
- White Card or ability to obtain
- Drivers Licence
