Senior Systems Analysts/Solution Designer

Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst/Solution Design Manager – EL1 This is a long-term contract role from 30 September 2025 to 30 September 2026 with possible extensions, located at our client’s ACT, QLD, VIC offices with flexible working arrangements. As The Selected Candidate, You Will

• Lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance, setting priorities, and managing resources and workflow
• Oversee the development and implementation of the ICT solution
• Highlight and identify gaps in existing functionality and functional interdependencies
• Undertake and contribute to business management, strategic planning, and workforce planning
• Manage team contribution to the costing process and ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget
• Report on the achievement of business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance to manage overall performance
• Monitor and manage work output and quality against established performance standards through interpretation of quality analysis and reporting
• Encourage innovation, continuous improvement and manage and support change
• Build action plans and make operational decisions on policies, tactics and resources critical to the business
• Prepare and review a range of written material including technical and corporate documentation
• Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes, build service delivery capability, and influence business outcomes

To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have

• Experience on SAP S4 Hana (Implementation)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in mapping business and technical requirements
