Our NT Gov client is seeking a Business Analyst to work on the SharePoint Options and Transition Plan project for a period of 12 weeks.Scope Of Works The Business Analyst will be responsible for a full range of business analysis tasks including:
- requirements
- discovery and analysis documentation
- capturing existing business processes and proposed changes
- options
- planning approach6. recommendations.
The Business Analyst will be required to work with vendor and stakeholders as required and support the relevant Project Manager or Director in the execution of the project. Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business andfunctional requirements, and management of requirements traceability.
- Conduct walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs.
- Provide business analysis support relevant to provision of options and timeline business requirements for the current andfuture SharePoint options and transition plan output.
- Apply business analysis techniques and tools to document requirements, objectives, outcomes, processes, procedures,work instructions and workflows.
- Deliver project documentation in alignment with NTG project management frameworks, on time, to expected qualitystandards as per scope and as agreed with the Project Manager.
- Manage sensitive information and maintaining records in line with information management policies.
Essential Skills And Experience
- A minimum 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst, including experience in requirementsgathering, planning, design, options considering system integration related to the SharePoint environments and integrations such as Nintex.
- Demonstrated experience in being able to provide a holistic, human centred approach to the design of digital products,defining their form, behaviour, and content, drawing on a range of skills encompassing user research; interface, interaction and information design; project and time management, technical and business writing to develop plans.
- Experience in managing information requirements in line with approved record keeping and information managementpolicies and including traceability of business requirements.
- High level analytical skills and organisational skills with good attention to detail and ability to think laterally andconceptually.
- Highly effective stakeholder liaison both technical and business, change management and facilitation skills to acquirebusiness outcomes, using industry standard techniques in a complex business environment.
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment with high performing teams with high prioritydeliverables under tight timeframes and balancing competing priorities.
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of major business systems projects.
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Visio and the usual office tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint andMicrosoft Outlook (e-mail), proficient in the use of and understanding of SharePoint / workflow products (Nintex) or ability to quickly acquire.
- Experience identifying and analysing complex technical and business requirements applicable and relevant various workenvironment, roles and responsibilities and processes of agencies.
Desirable Skills And Experience
- Experience with MS SharePoint on-prem and online and workflow integration products.
- Experience in business process modelling and technical solutions development or similar.
- Experience working in a government environment.
