Qscan Group is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services, committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Support Brand, Growth And Patient Experience Through Impactful Marketing. As Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of Qscan’s national marketing strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality and patient-friendly marketing across the Group. You will work closely with stakeholders and the broader marketing team to deliver campaigns, content and communications that support patient acquisition, referrer engagement and employee experience. This is a permanent full-time role, based at our Clayfield Support Office. What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver accurate, patient-focused and brand-aligned marketing content across all channels
- Manage and prioritise internal marketing requests, partnering with relevant functions to deliver timely outcomes
- Coordinate end-to-end marketing activity, including briefing and managing designers, agencies and external suppliers
- Manage and maintain Qscan’s digital presence, including websites, intranet, social media, eDMs and online listings, and respond to online feedback within agreed timeframes
- Use marketing analytics and reporting to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns and support data-informed decision making
- Contribute creative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance brand impact, engagement and workflow efficiency
About You You are a capable and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment. You bring a balance of creativity and commercial thinking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards and brand integrity. You Will Bring
- Experience working in a marketing, brand or campaign-focused role
- Strong capability across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience coordinating campaigns, suppliers and creative workflows
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A proactive mindset, adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement
