What The Role Is About As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for real estate agents and principals exploring Realtair’s products. Think of this role as the front end of the sales process — qualifying opportunities, uncovering needs, and setting up strong sales conversations for our Account Directors. If You’re Used To

…you’ll feel right at home. What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with real estate agents and principals across Australia to understand their business challenges
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email and social — similar to prospecting for listings, but with warmer, more consultative conversations
- Qualifying inbound leads who’ve already engaged with our brand
- Running thoughtful discovery conversations to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Managing a structured sales pipeline in a CRM
- Booking meetings and product demos for Account Directors
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing to improve how we engage the market
- Becoming a product and industry expert — and a trusted voice of Realtair
You are the face of Realtair at the start of the customer journey. This Role Could Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 1-2 years' experience in residential real estate as a Sales Associate, Agent or similar
- Or have worked in an SDR / inside sales role, ideally in SaaS
- Are confident on the phone and comfortable starting conversations
- Understand agency life - targets, KPIs, pressure, pace
- Are organised, driven and motivated by achieving results
- Enjoy learning, feedback and developing a long term career
- Are tech curious and open to using CRM and sales tools
- A degree is nice to have, but real world experience and attitude matter more.
