Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Adelaide, South Australia. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
