About The Role We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Harbourtown. You will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing team members, managing stock, thinking outside the box in visual merchandising, and assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day tasks of the store. Skills And Experience

• Assistant or Store Management experience in fashion apparel
• Strong problem solving ability
• Been measured to KPIs such as AV$ and AVI
• Ability to adapt and to think on your feet
• Visual merchandising experience
