As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Structural Revit Draftsperson to help lead high-quality documentation delivery across a diverse range of projects—from high-end architectural homes through to multi-storey and commercial developments.

From day one, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of Revit-based structural modelling and documentation, while contributing to drafting standards, workflows, and coordination practices that support Ricaya’s next phase of growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Structural Revit Draftsperson at Ricaya, you will:

• Produce structural models and drawing packages primarily using Revit
• Develop clear, buildable, well-coordinated structural documentation across residential and commercial projects
• Interpret architectural designs and translate them into accurate structural documentation
• Work closely with engineers to ensure drawings reflect design intent, constructability, and detailing requirements
• Support ongoing improvements to templates, workflows, drafting standards, and model coordination
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior drafters (where required) to uphold drawing quality and consistency
• Ensure documentation is issued to a high standard and within project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a structural drafter within an Australian company
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
• AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial as a strong drafting foundation, but this role is primarily Revit-focused
• Experience producing structural documentation for commercial and/or residential projects
• Strong understanding of Australian construction practices, detailing, and drawing standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
