Based at our beautiful Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village in Ocean Grove, you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

• Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
• Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Provide support to your Clinical Manager

We have a full-time role available working Sunday - Thursday 0800-1600.About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: 

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
• The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
• Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
