Implementation Consultant

About the Role

As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll manage customer implementations from initial scoping through to deployment, training and ongoing customer success.

You'll work closely with customers in the automotive sector, particularly tyre and mechanical workshop businesses, helping them maximise the value of a highly configurable business platform that combines CRM, POS, inventory management, accounting, eCommerce and operational capabilities into a single solution.

This is a broad and varied role where no two projects are the same. You'll become a trusted advisor to customers while managing multiple implementation projects and ensuring successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing software implementation projects from discovery through to go-live
• Working directly with customers to understand business processes and requirements
• Configuring and deploying software solutions tailored to customer needs
• Delivering training and onboarding sessions for end users
• Preparing and validating customer data for migration into the platform
• Providing implementation guidance across POS, CRM, stock management and accounting functionality
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Collaborating with development, support and product teams
• Supporting customers post-implementation to drive adoption and success
• Travelling to customer sites as required across Australia

What We're Looking For

You'll also bring:

• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience delivering software training
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and projects
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
• Understanding of accounting concepts such as debits and credits
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
