Product Development Manager – Financial EV Products

As part of their growth journey, we’re seeking an experienced Product Development Manager (3+ years’ experience) who are passionate about shaping Electric Vehicle financial products.

This new role sits within the Strategy, Product & Branding Division, offering a unique opportunity to lead innovation, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth across a diverse product portfolio.

What You will be Doing!

  • Own end-to-end product development from concept through to launch and performance optimisation
  • Design and deliver embedded and standalone EV financial products (e.g., comprehensive cover, extended warranty etc) aligned to customer needs and vehicle lifecycles
  • Integrate offerings across digital platforms and dealer networks to enhance the customer experience
  • Develop new financial solutions through strategic partnerships and market collaboration
  • Lead loyalty program design and optimisation to drive retention and brand advocacy
  • Shape strategy with data-driven insights, market analysis, and commercial modelling
  • Present business cases and product performance to senior leadership
  • Create pricing strategies balancing growth and profitability
  • Oversee go-to-market execution, training, and compliance
  • Build trusted relationships with brokers, partners, and industry stakeholders

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience financial services product development
  • Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen supported by sound commercial judgment with well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in negotiating supplier arrangements & relationships.
  • Project Management & Process Improvement Skills desirable.
  • Strong background in sales, product, or marketing, with a strategic and commercial mindset
  • Confident leading cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven, analytical, and outcome-focused
  • Experienced in contract negotiation, supplier management, and performance monitoring
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines
