Expression of Interest - Business Coach – Elite Client Scaling

We are opening an Expression of Interest for an experienced Business Coach to support our elite clients as they scale their businesses to the next level.

This role is not for beginner coaches or those still finding their feet. It is for coaches who understand business at a strategic level, can hold powerful conversations, and are confident supporting high performing clients through growth, expansion, and leadership.

About the Role

You will work closely with established coaches and online entrepreneurs who are already generating revenue and are ready to scale with precision. Your role is to support them through strategy, execution, mindset, and decision making as they move through higher levels of growth.

This is a high trust, high impact role within a premium coaching environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting elite clients through 1:1 and group coaching containers

• Guiding clients through scaling strategy, offers, sales, positioning, and growth planning

• Holding clients accountable to execution and leadership standards

• Helping clients navigate growth edges, expansion, and identity shifts

• Providing grounded, strategic feedback rather than surface level advice

• Working collaboratively with the wider coaching team to ensure aligned support

We are looking for someone who:

• Has built and scaled their own business or supported others to do so

• Understands what it takes to move beyond early stage growth

• Can confidently hold space for high level clients

• Is direct, supportive, and grounded in leadership

• Is comfortable challenging clients when needed

• Values integrity, responsibility, and results

Who This Role Is Not For

• Newly certified coaches without real world business experience

• Coaches looking to learn how to coach while doing the role

• Those who rely on rigid scripts or surface level motivation

• Anyone uncomfortable working with high performing, high expectation clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in business coaching or mentoring

• Strong understanding of online business models, sales, and scaling

• Ability to communicate clearly and lead with confidence

• Alignment with a high standard, no fluff approach to growth
