Role We are now seeking a passionate Health & Safety Consultant to join our dynamic and growing consultancy team in the ACT. In this role, you will:

• Partner with businesses: Directly engage with clients to understand their unique WHS needs and challenges.
• Develop tailored solutions: Create tailored documentation, including policies, procedures, handbooks, safe work method statements, and action plans.
• Build strong client relationships: Visit clients across the Wellington region to provide on-site support and guidance.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years of experience in Health & Safety, consultancy experience and exposure to high-risk environments is highly desirable yet not essential
• Relevant qualifications: A minimum of a Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety.
• Exceptional communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• A current driver's license - this is a field-based role (a fleet vehicle or car allowance is provided)
