An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Accounts Officer to join a well-established organisation in the heart of the CBD. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will support the finance function with a range of accounts and administrative duties. This is a hands-on and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to grow their skills. The Role
- Processing and reconciling financial transactions across various accounts
- Assisting with invoice preparation, allocations and follow-ups
- Supporting credit card and expense management processes
- Coordinating purchase orders and handling related queries
- Uploading documentation to internal and external systems
- Assisting with general finance administration and ad hoc support across the team
- Providing backup support to other administrative functions when required
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an accounts, AR or finance support role
- High level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Team player with a willingness to support others when needed
