The Opportunity
Reporting into an experienced Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple regions, helping them understand business performance and make better commercial decisions.
This is a role that goes well beyond month-end reporting. You'll analyse trends, build business cases, challenge performance, partner with stakeholders and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance
- Deliver commercial analysis across sales, margins, labour and profitability
- Prepare forecasts, budgets and period-end reporting
- Develop business cases for commercial initiatives and investment decisions
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions
- Support strategic projects and ad hoc commercial analysis
- Build relationships across finance and the wider business
- CA qualified or nearing completion
- Experience within Big 4, Mid Tier or a Commercial Analyst position
- Naturally curious with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders
- Ambitious, driven and eager to build a long-term commercial finance career
