  • You must have strong availability to work across our 24/7 service, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • You must be willing and comfortable providing personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming and other activities of daily living. Personal care is an essential requirement of this role.

The Role: In-Home Support Worker Responsibilities As a Support Worker with us, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalised care, including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming and emotional support to meet each client's individual needs.

Availability: Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Applicants must have strong availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays. Broad availability is essential to meet the needs of our clients. Personal Care: Providing personal care is an essential requirement of this role. Applicants must be willing and comfortable assisting clients with personal care tasks, including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming and other activities of daily living, while maintaining each client's dignity, privacy and independence.
