We are looking for a Senior Client Recovery Coordinator to join our team. This role involves defining, implementing, overseeing, and administering customer and client recovery processes to ensure compliant, accurate, and continually improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Recoveries Function:
- Develop and maintain an efficient and cost-effective collections solution.
- Guide Client Recovery Coordinators to prioritize collections activities.
- Manage complex recoveries matters and act as a point of escalation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant collection codes and legislation.
Portfolio Collections:
- Provide excellent omni-channel client and customer service.
- Collect debts across Smartgroup brands by negotiating and monitoring arrangements.
- Resolve issues efficiently.
Continuous Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recovery processes.
- Identify and implement changes to reduce recovery requirements.
Collections Reporting:
- Develop and issue reliable and accurate collections reporting.
- Generate insights from collections data to drive process improvements.
About You:
- Proven experience in recovery processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
