The Role We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join our team. You'll play a critical role in strengthening our company's client base by nurturing existing clients and bringing on board new clients and new market opportunities. - 2-3+ years sales experience
- Relationship building skills
- Proven ability to consistently hit targets and meet KPIs
- Proposal generation from scratch with little to no assistance
- Experience selling into the Transport and Public Housing space is favorable but not essential
ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities
- Deliver sufficient new business sales to meet or exceed your personal sales target.
- Undertake proactive sales activity to build strong relationships with prospective customers, uncover needs and position our solutions accordingly.
- Accurately record and maintain all deals and activity in Hubspot in accordance with the agreed protocols.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or jointly position other CSE products on new business opportunities.
- Provide input to the Marketing team to help shape marketing strategy and execution, including contribution to marketing collateral, events, conferences, trade shows etc.
- Utilise your knowledge of customer needs, competitors, and the market to help inform Product Development.
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure new customers are handed over effectively including an appropriate level of knowledge transfer.
- You may also be required to manage the ongoing relationships with a small portfolio of customers and deliver excellent service to help retain, renew, and expand those accounts.
- Work on or contribute to other business-related projects from time to time as required.
- Mentor new sales team members to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate level of skill in their position.
- Work closely with your line manager to identify and complete at least one professional development course or activity per year.
- Generation of sales-related reports for senior management including but not limited to avg. deal size, pipeline growth, avg. time to close and forecasted revenue.
