The Role

As a Spotlight Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving store success through:

• Leading and inspiring a large-format store team with your strong leadership background
• Demonstrating exceptional business acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Mentoring and developing future leaders while building a strong talent pipeline
• Managing high-volume stock flow with precision and efficiency
• Overseeing store presentation, visual merchandising, and promotional execution
• Driving store goals, vision, and targets with a results-focused mindset
• Leveraging product knowledge to enhance customer experience and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven leader with:

• A strong retail management background - essential
• Experience handling high-volume stock (15+ pallets per day)
• The ability to lead and motivate a large team of 30+
• A passion for coaching and developing talent to achieve and exceed goals
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and time management
• Excellent communication and proficiency in computer systems
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one at our expense)
