The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Manager to support two Senior Advisers and an Associate Adviser.
This is a highly client-focused role where you will manage day-to-day client relationships while mentoring the junior Client Service Managers within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients
- Managing ongoing client queries and requests
- Coordinating advice implementation
- Following up client documentation
- Managing workflow across the offshore support team
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
- Preparing for client meetings and reviews
- Mentoring junior Client Service Managers
About You:
- Strong experience within Financial Planning, Advice or Wealth Management
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing offshore workflows
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Xplan experience is highly regarded
