Join Stockland’s project management team and play a key role in delivering major residential communities across North West Sydney.


We're Looking For

An experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering, land development and subdivision background who enjoys working across complex projects and collaborating with consultants, contractors, councils and internal stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

Working within our residential development business, you’ll manage the delivery of major staged subdivision projects from planning and design through construction and completion.


You’ll partner closely with Development Managers and take ownership of project outcomes including programme, cost, quality and construction milestones. You’ll manage relationships with contractors, consultants and approval authorities while identifying practical solutions to project and construction challenges.


The role has no direct reports and offers a varied working week, with a minimum of three days on site, one day at our head office and flexibility to work from home one day per week.


About You

You’re an experienced project professional who understands the complexities of delivering civil subdivision and land development projects. You enjoy a fast paced environment where you can ask questions, solve problems and work collaboratively to deliver great outcomes.


You’ll bring a hands on, can do approach and be comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.


Experience & Skills That Count

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum five or more years of relevant civil engineering, design, construction or project management experience
  • Strong experience in land development and civil subdivision projects, ideally from a developer background
  • Experience working with local councils, approval authorities, consultants and contractors
  • Strong commercial and project management capability, along with a current driver licence
