  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and reporting by applying asset management systems and tools, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and operational standards.
  • Coordinate intake, triage, and resolution of logistics requests received via ServiceNow, email, phone, or direct liaison with business areas.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and long‑term capability.
  • Undertake travel as required to support national activities and major organisational events, including the setup, configuration, deployment, and recovery of ICT equipment and associated logistical assets, ensuring operational readiness and effective event support.
  • Undertake additional duties or assume responsibility for functions as directed by the Logistics Manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • Certifications or demonstrated knowledge in asset management, ITIL, logistics, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience supporting asset lifecycle management (procurement, allocation, utilisation, maintenance, disposal) and logistics operations across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Strong proficiency in asset tracking and inventory systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting workload allocation, operational readiness, and delivery of services under limited direction.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, including experience assisting with warehouse operations, relocations, and event logistics.
