Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Perth, WA. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's overall success.

Qualifications

  • Skills in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Proficient in sales strategy development, negotiation, and closing contracts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth opportunities
  • Experienced in project coordination, cross-functional team collaboration, and meeting business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business tools
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
