Senior Project Manager - Melbourne

We are looking for an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects using Agile methodologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies
• Leverage your expertise to drive customer success

To Be Successful, You Would Need The Following

• Be an PMI Certified Project Manager or work towards certification
• Competent in one or more Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban. SAFe)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams
• Experience leading and delivering software development projects using Agile methodologies
• Stakeholder management and steering committee reporting competency
• Demonstrated experience in risk, actions, issues, and decision logging and management
• Good understanding of program management techniques and ability to run portfolio of small projects when required.

Bonus/Nice To Have

• Automotive industry experience
• Data Platform Experience

Your Day-to-day Role Will Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies
• Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
• Create and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
• Identify and manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Track and report on project progress, and ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget
