We’re currently building a pipeline of highly capable Customer Success Managers, with experience in the IT and Software Industries, ahead of upcoming growth and anticipated client demand across the APAC region.
About the Opportunity
As part of our talent network, you’ll be considered for upcoming roles focused on driving customer adoption, retention, and value realisation across different technology environments. These roles typically sit within fast-scaling teams where customer experience and long-term success are a priority.
What You’ll Typically Be Doing
- Managing post-sales customer relationships across enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Managing customer renewals
- Driving product adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities
- Running onboarding, success planning, and business reviews
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams
- Identifying risks, escalations, and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Experience in SaaS and/or IT Industries
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex accounts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset with commercial awareness
