Technology is a critical enabler of this mission, and they are now seeking a Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping their digital future.

About the Technology Team

The Technology division delivers strategic initiatives and platform enhancements across a diverse and modern application landscape. The environment includes enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake and Microsoft Azure, alongside custom-built applications that support clients, providers and internal teams.

The architecture function is responsible for ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, compliant and aligned to long-term business objectives.

The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will design and deliver cross-platform solutions that integrate Salesforce, MuleSoft and custom applications. You will work closely with senior technology leaders to align solution architecture with business strategy and enterprise standards.

You will own solution design across the full delivery lifecycle-from ideation and architecture through to implementation, optimisation and ongoing support-while producing high-quality technical documentation that underpins sustainable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, cross-platform solutions across Salesforce, MuleSoft and custom applications

• Define interim and target-state architectures for staged implementations, ensuring service continuity and risk mitigation

• Own solution architecture through the full SDLC

• Collaborate with technology, marketing, customer and operational teams to ensure seamless system integration

• Develop and maintain detailed technical and architectural documentation

• Ensure solutions align with security, compliance and governance standards

• Manage risks associated with technology assets and integrations

• Establish metrics and monitoring to measure solution effectiveness

• Support and evolve business automation platforms

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years' experience in solution architecture and hands-on delivery

• Strong experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft and enterprise integration patterns

• Solid understanding of cloud-based and enterprise application architectures

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proven ability to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation

Safeguarding & Compliance

Due to the nature of the organisation's work, successful candidates will be required to:

• Hold (or obtain) a Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Clearance

• Complete mandatory NDIS and safeguarding training

• Comply with information security, intellectual property and WHS requirements
