Your Role We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Queensland Field Sales team. This is a dynamic, varied role with a real focus on winning new business and building lasting partnerships. In this role you will own the Club Segment across Queensland. From high-volume gyms and premium health clubs to boutique studios and leisure centres, you'll be right at the heart of the fitness industry. Technogym's Club Segment is where passion meets performance. We partner with club operators to deliver world-class equipment and innovative wellness solutions that genuinely transform the member experience, drive retention and fuel business growth. With premium connected technology, cutting-edge equipment and tailored programming behind you, you'll be helping clubs stand out, compete and thrive. As a Technogym salesperson, you're not just selling - you're consulting, connecting and making an impact. You're hungry, highly professional, industry credible and a natural collaborator. You'll build strong, trusted relationships across a broad portfolio of products, services and solutions, and you'll love every minute of it. To be eligible, you must be based in Gold Coast. This is a field-based role, so expect regular local travel and the occasional regional adventure. Your Impact

  • Proactively manage your territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new prospects to expand market share
  • Consistently achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and segment trends
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan sales activities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and fostering strong, long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular customer and prospect visits in alignment with Technogym’s sales standards and code of conduct
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products, services, and solutions

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within health sectors or big corporates
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and delivering tailored client solutions
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
  • A results-oriented approach with excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives both independently and in collaborative team environments
  • Genuine passion for wellness and enthusiasm for representing a global industry leader
