As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in delivering a great customer experience by ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects. You will manage projects of varying complexity and value, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will coordinate activities across the TechnologyOne value chain, building strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.
What you'll be doing…
- Deliver multiple concurrent projects on time, within budget, and to agreed customer outcomes.
- Manage project scope, risks, budgets, resources, and timelines using established delivery methodologies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
- Drive effective project governance including reporting, change control, and risk management.
- Partner with customers to ensure a positive implementation experience and successful delivery of contracted commitments.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, systems, and tools.
- Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
Your Talents…
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering successful customer outcomes.
- Current PRINCE2 or PMI certification.
- Demonstrated experience delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with peer-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of TechnologyOne products and solutions is an advantage but should not deter you
- Understanding how to manager cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
