About The RoleLearning & Development Consultant – Major Transformation Program – 6+ month initial contract We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to oversee capability strategy and training delivery for a major transformation program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring people, processes and systems are supported through well-designed learning solutions. Working closely with the change management practice, instructional designers and senior business stakeholders, you will lead the development, design and implementation of learning frameworks that build organisational capability and support successful transformation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of capability and learning strategies across the transformation program
- Oversee training delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and change outcomes
- Collaborate closely with change managers and instructional designers to produce high-quality learning materials
- Apply contemporary learning principles to design and refine training content and delivery methods
- Ensure training solutions meet organisational standards and support long-term capability uplift
- Manage competing priorities and multiple projects within a fast-paced transformation environment
About You
- Proven experience managing training and capability development in complex, large-scale environments
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced transformation environment with multiple moving parts, ideally SAP, Salesforce or other major system implementations
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies, theories and best-practice approaches
- Experience collaborating with or managing instructional design functions
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work confidently with stakeholders across varying levels of the organisation
