The Role We’re seeking a PMO Analyst with a focus on RAIDD management and program-level reporting. This role will see you working closely with delivery teams, ensuring risks, issues, dependencies and decisions are effectively tracked and escalated, with insights drawn from Jira and Confluence. Key Responsibilities

  • Run and maintain the RAIDD framework across the program.
  • Extract, consolidate, and manage reporting data from Jira and Confluence.
  • Deliver clear, accurate reporting at both program and enterprise levels.
  • Support PMO and program leadership to manage risks, dependencies, and decision-making.
  • Proactively add value during quieter reporting cycles while keeping pace during high-demand periods.

About You

  • Strong PMO background, ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of PPM tools
  • Personable, proactive, and adaptable, able to self-start, engage stakeholders, and navigate fast-paced program environments.
