Process Worker - Packing

About Us The Comfort Group is Australia’s largest bedding & speciality foams manufacturer making premium foam and bedding products for a number of well-known brands including Sleepyhead, SleepMaker, Beautyrest, Dunlop Foam and Tattersfield just to name a few. The Opportunity As we enter our peak production period, we have several day shift (must be available between 6am and 6pm) opportunities to join our Carole Park manufacturing team on our bedding lines.

• Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:
• Rotation of duties eg: Basic Machine Operation, QA. Packing and Labelling
• Warehouse Roles are also available, which include, Forklift Operation
• Loading and unloading containers
• Manual Handling – up to 25Kgs
• Conduct quality checks on all products and report any faults/concerns
• Always follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediately

About You The successful applicants will be hard-working team players and will be able to commit to the term of the fixed-term contract. In addition to this, you will be:

• Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25gs
• Good time management skills and a solid attendance record
• A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in Manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
• Any experience working with fabric/textiles will be highly regarded
